No Deposit

Secure your dream villa today with no upfront payment.
No deposit is required at the time of booking unless your arrival date is within two months or less.
A 50% deposit will be due two months prior to arrival, and we will contact you when payment is required.
The remaining 50% balance is due one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, the following terms apply:
•⁠ ⁠Free cancellation or date changes are available for any reservations cancelled or amended more than two months prior to arrival.
•⁠ ⁠If you cancel between two months and one month before arrival, any payments already made will be forfeited.
•⁠ ⁠No refunds will be permitted if cancellation is made less than one month prior to arrival.
