“It was our family reunion and people were flying in at different timings and with Jetstar Fiasco, Craig was so responsive and managed the situation very well. He managed to help us with late checkout and various pickups and drop offs. The staff was excellent! Always helping and cleaning. Their chef was amazing!!!!! We ate in most of the dinners and great menu to select from. We had wonderful massages from their therapists and decided to engaged them privately too! The kids have had so much fun! It was really a memorable stay for all of us!!”
